A valid account is required to use rk44's services. Please keep the following in mind during the registration process:

Information Required at Registration

• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to verify 18+ age)

Single Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, bank account, or phone number is strictly prohibited. If such accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, rk44 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

To open an account on rk44, a member must:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a resident of Bangladesh or an approved country
• Account registration must be entirely voluntary and based on your own decision
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own financial decisions

Rk44 may request documentation for age verification at any time. Any account registered with false information will have all winnings forfeited.

Rk44 supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfer: Via an approved bank account

Important Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit ৳200
• Maximum single deposit limit is determined by account tier
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name
• Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted and such transactions will be returned
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from rk44:

• Minimum withdrawal amount ৳500
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 2–6 hours
• Additional verification may be required for large transactions
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed

Withdrawal Process

Log in to your account and go to the "Withdraw" section. Select the amount and payment method. Once the request is submitted, you will receive a confirmation SMS or email. Requests that are being processed cannot be cancelled.

Bonus Abuse

Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts, VPN usage, or any other means will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of all bonuses.

All games on rk44 use third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed in the game interface
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded
• Bets lost due to network disconnection cannot be recovered
• Recorded game logs will be considered as final evidence
• In Live Dealer games, the dealer's decision is final

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rk44 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Fraud & Deception: Chargebacks, false information, or fraudulent activity
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software to play games
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate games
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN
• Hacking: Unauthorized attempts to access the system

Rk44 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In Cases of Terms Violation
• For providing false or incomplete information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• On suspicious transactions
• For legal reasons or upon instruction from a regulatory authority

Members may close their account at any time. Please withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
